Training and performance has always been a central part of my life. Fitness became a way of life for me early-on in my late teens, much so a means to improve performance for my athletic career, but also therapy, self-development and medicine for the body, mind & soul. I believe that the power of training extends beyond the physical and has holistic benefits for anyone who stays consistent with the process and has a willingness to improve. The process requires both hard & smart work and that is what I will help you with!

Train with me online. I will handle all your programming, support you daily and coach you in your training and lifestyle. Everything is customised to be effective and related to your process so you can reach and sustain your goals for the long haul. I will coach you anywhere that you are in the world.
Train with me in-person (Stockholm). I will coach you in exercise technique, teach you the training process and ensure you do what needs to be done to get the results you want!
HYROX is a fitness race comprised of running and fitness stations, myself and many of my athletes have caught the racing bug over the last few years and it is a big part of my coaching practice. If you want to improve on your time and have a great experience in your race, my coaching & programming will help you.
